The previous City Council authorized Woodcrest <br /> Park as the mitigation site. Staff will present the plans for the mitigation at the work session. <br /> Staff will recommend that a public hearing be scheduled to inform the residents of the project. <br /> This project has received preliminary approval of the agencies involved. This project is <br /> scheduled to proceed this summer with completion by early fall. <br /> The permit issued for the mitigation has a completion deadline of one year which will expire <br /> • approximately in November of 1999. <br /> Mic.ael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br />
