This resolution includes the alternates <br /> discussed and reviewed with Council at the work session on March 2, 1998. The alternates <br /> accepted at that time were#1,2,3,4,5,8,10,12,13,15,16,19 and 20. <br /> Total of alternates above: $ 354,389.00 <br /> C.M. fee (3%) $ 10.631.00 <br /> Total: $ 365,020.00 <br /> Construction total of base bid only of subcontractors with <br /> lowest sum of base bid plus alternates: $3,108,087.00 <br /> Alternates: $ 365,020.00 <br /> Total: $3,473,107.00 <br /> Construction total of only lowest base bid subcontractors: $3,098,619.00 <br /> Staff has prepared Resolution No. 5211 for Council's consideration.
