Planning Application <br /> 2. Location Map <br /> 3. Zoning Map <br /> 4. Site Plan <br /> 5. Letter from Building Inspector,dared 7/23/98 <br /> 6. Corner Parcel Inventory <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant applied for and received Building Permit no. 98095 to repave <br /> his driveway, on the condition that the access to Sherwood Road be removed; and, <br /> WHEREAS, inspections after the work was completed showed that the access to <br /> Sherwood Road had not been permanently removed, but instead had been replaced, violating the <br /> terms of the permit and, <br /> WHEREAS, a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Code may be issued by the Board <br /> of Adjustments and Appeals to provide relief to the landowner in those cases where the Code <br /> imposes undue hardship or practical difficulties to the property owner in the use of the property <br /> owner's land; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that there is no undue hardship or practical <br /> difficulties associated with this property which would warrant approving a variance, based upon <br /> the following evidence: - <br />
