RESOLUTION 5302 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1998 COMPENSATION AND INSURANCE <br /> SCHEDULE FOR NON-UNION,POLICE,PUBLIC WORKS AND PARK <br /> MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL <br /> WHEREAS,the Personnel Compensation schedule must be set annually by Council resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed wage ranges are included in the attachment labeled OPTION ONE; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Compensation Schedule reflects a 3% annual compensation adjustment for all <br /> non-union,public works and park maintenance employees; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Compensation Schedule reflects an additional amount for the Planning <br /> Associate,Housing Inspector, Cable Producer, and Personnel Technician in response to the Hay <br /> Study; and <br /> WHEREAS,it is proposed that the City continue to make a contribution toward the cost of <br /> employee health insurance of up to$350/mo. toward the cost of family health insurance and shall <br /> pay the entire premium for full-time single health insurance coverage for all non-union,police, <br /> public works and park maintenance employees. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached compensation schedule is hereby <br /> approved by the City Council of the City of Mounds View. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 1999 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dan Coughlin,Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br />
