August 11, 1999 <br /> To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From: Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br /> Re: August 16, 1999 City Council Work Session <br /> This is a reminder of our meeting on Monday night at 6 p.m., and I expect we should be able to <br /> be done by 9 p.m. John and Bruce have put together a golf course packet for you for discussion <br /> Monday. I will be meeting Monday with Rick Jopke to go over the housing inspector options <br /> and report to you at the meeting on the options we see for your consideration. <br /> One quick update, Jolyn Vegin(from Monday night's meeting) met with Mike and I today and <br /> now wants to simply have repairs done to her water service rather than replacing the whole thing. <br /> While cheaper, it raises the possibility of it happening to her a third time in the future. Mike•is <br /> getting estimates for the work and will be getting in touch with her next week. <br /> Also, you should be getting a copy of the letter to the Charter Commission reiterating possible <br /> changes to the Charter Scott Riggs relayed to me.
