("M&E"), as the owner of the Silver View Plaza Shopping Center ("Shopping Center"),has received your letter of August 5, 1999,and your request for permission to use the parking lot at the Shopping Center to accommodate overflow parking from the cider--care residential facility proposed for the above-referenced property. M&E is willing to allow such overflow parking when parking on the Property is not otherwise available,but only at such times and within such area(s)of the Shopping Center parking lot to be designated by M&E. M&E will have the right to deny any request by MSP to use the Shopping Center parking lot if such parking may, in,M&E's sole judgment,adversely affect the operation,use,or maintenance of the Shopping Center,and M &E also reserves the right to revoke your right to use the Shop-ping Center parking lot at any time by giving you advance written notice of such revocation. Permission to park in the Shopping Center parking lot must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the time such parking will be needed.
