August 13 , 1999 <br /> James Ericson, Planning Associate <br /> 2401 Highway 10 <br /> Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> To whom it may conern: <br /> This letter is about the construction of the 48 unit assisted <br /> living residential facility to be built at 2670 County Road I . <br /> We live at 2755 Lake Court Drive immediately across Mounds View <br /> Drive from the above listed property. <br /> Our main conern about this project is the amount of parking space <br /> that is going to be available . It doesn ' t appear that there will <br /> be a lot of room for very much and therefore it will overflow <br /> onto our street .
