To <br /> date I have not received any contact from you regarding this truck or why it continues to be <br /> parked in your yard. <br /> The City continues to receive complaints about this vehicle, which is in violation of the City Code <br /> first and foremost because it is a commercial vehicle. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be <br /> parked in a residential district of the City. In addition, the vehicle is unlicensed and it is parked in <br /> the grass, further violating the Code. <br /> Please find enclosed Ramsey County Court Citation No. 99-101250 which details three nuisance <br /> code violation counts. Your immediate response to this by removing the vehicle in question will <br /> prevent additional court citations from being issued.
