'Staff performed a reinspection of your . <br /> property today and observed that the truck is still present. <br /> As I stated in the letter dated June 16, 1999, staff was going to reinspect your property and if the <br /> vehicle remained, you would be issued a Ramsey County Court Citation. Please find enclosed <br /> Citation number 99-101249 which charges you with three counts of violating the City's nuisance <br /> code, each count punishable by as much as a$700 fine. <br /> You are still responsible for removing the vehicle, and staff will reinspect in one week to verify <br /> your compliance with the Code.
