Michael Andrea Guy <br /> Abatement Resolution <br /> August 12, 1999 <br /> WHEREAS, the nuisance code violation remains on the property and it is proposed <br /> that the City abate the nuisance code violation pursuant to Mounds View Municipal Code Section <br /> 607.08. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Mounds View shall be <br /> authorized to abate the nuisance vehicle present at 7656 Greenfield Avenue by arranging to have <br /> it removed from the property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Michael Andrea Guy will <br /> be personally liable to the City for the cost of said abatement, including administrative costs, and <br /> if cost of said abatement is not paid within 30 days after the date of the bill and after an <br /> opportunity to be heard, the City shall certify the unpaid costs as special assessments against the <br /> Property pursuant to Section 607.08 Subdivision 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> Adopted this 23 day of August, 1999. <br /> Dan Coughlin, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Clerk/Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br /> 2 <br />
