ORDINANCE NO. 6 4'O <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 900, CHAPTER 902 <br /> OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING <br /> TO DRIVEWAYS AND REPEALING PROVISIONS OF <br /> CHAPTER 902 RELATING TO STREET OPENINGS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Title 900 of the Mounds View Municipal Code shall be amended by <br /> the addition of the bold and double-underlined language and the deletion of the <br /> stricken through language in Chapter 902,to read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 902 <br /> DRIVEWAYS1 <br /> SECTION: <br /> 902.01: Application of Provisions; Purpose <br /> 902.02: Definitions <br /> 902.03: Permit Requirements for Driveway Construction <br /> 902.01: Trenches; Backfilling; Fee:, <br /> 902.063: Driveway Construction <br /> 902.064: Curbing Standards <br /> 902.05: Violation of Provisions <br /> 902.01: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS; PURPOSE: This Chapter applies to <br /> all streets and driveways within the Municipality and is declared to be necessary and <br /> essential because of the growth and expansion of Mounds View.
