Following is our estimate of <br /> the items that will need to be completed for the project. <br /> Scope of Services: <br /> • Meeting with City and Developer <br /> • Review existing drainage system <br /> • Analyze proposed alternatives (assume three) <br /> Prepare preliminary letter report <br /> • Meeting with City and Developer to review preliminary findings <br /> • Meeting with agencies to discuss proposed option <br /> • Revisions to hydrologic model of final option chosen <br /> • Final letter report <br /> The estimated cost to complete the work is$4500. It was assumed that our time for each meeting <br /> would be about 3 hours. Our.Senior Water Resources Engineer would be the only SEH staff person <br /> to attend the meetings. The meeting time includes preparation, travel and actual meeting time. <br /> The project cost may be less if the number of options is reduced or some of the meetings are <br /> eliminated..
