The only change is in the monthly <br /> compensation. <br /> As you know this is a monthly flat fee which includes all costs relating to prosecuting <br /> Mounds View criminal cases, except for the rare occurrence of transcripts from court <br /> reporters, out of county subpoenas and filing fees should they be necessary for an appeal. <br /> It includes all secretarial, office supplies, travel, postage and similar expenses. <br /> If the City is interested in a two year contract I could also do that.
