If the total legal and other expenses <br /> exceed such a pre-established not to exceed maximum, and the City will have to absorb the <br /> excess legal fees, and as such, the legal rates should be reduced to the other non-retainer legal <br /> services rate. <br /> Regarding the Airport litigation issue, Attorney Long has indicated that we are awaiting Judge <br /> Finley's decision on a summary motion and that we are incurring relatively small legal costs <br /> during this period.
