September 13, 1999 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW: <br /> RE: Property at 243X Laport <br /> This is in reference to a land purchase and an undeveloped street. I have <br /> entered into a purchase agreement for property located on Laport Drive. <br /> However, this property does not have a developed street. I would like the city to <br /> allow me to build a single-family dwelling and to allow me to construct a <br /> driveway in lieu of a street. <br /> I would like to propose the following: <br /> I agree to put in a driveway that meets the city's minimum specifications. <br /> I will release the City from any liability or damages that occur on the property <br /> that is designated as Laport Drive for the time that it is used as a driveway. <br /> In the event that a street is constructed at a later date, I understand that I may <br /> be assessed accordingly for that street. <br /> Attached is a purchase agreement for this property.
