RESOLUTION NO. 5374 <br /> A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE CABLE TELEVISING OF <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW CITY MEETINGS <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City and the Mounds View Cable Television Committee have <br /> reviewed the merits televising city board and committee meetings; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council and Committee agree that televising city meetings since April of 1999 <br /> has brought the work of city committees closer to residents, improved understanding of city <br /> issues within the community and has exceeded expectations of meeting all open meeting and <br /> sunshine laws; <br /> BE IT NOW RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council authorizes the continued cable <br /> televising of city board and commission meetings. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of September 1999. <br /> Dan Coughlin, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Charles S.
