RESOLUTION NO. 5366 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN 1,040 <br /> SQUARE-FOOT, OVER-SIZED GARAGE AT 8011 SUNNYSIDE ROAD; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 569-99 <br /> Whereas, Donald Mackeben has applied for a conditional use permit to allow for a 1,040 <br /> square-foot garage on property located at 8011 Sunnyside Road, zoned R-1, Single Family <br /> Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 92, Spring Lake Park Hillview, <br /> Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, there is currently a 720 square-foot garage on this lot; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant will be replacing the existing garage structure with a new <br /> garage of the same size in the same location; and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code allows, with a conditional use permit, up to <br /> 1,400 square feet of garage/accessory building space on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> a.
