RESOLUTION NO.5373 <br /> Approving Special Assessments for Delinquent Accounts and Nuisance Code Violations <br /> against affected property. <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law,the City Council has meet <br /> and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for delinquent accounts <br /> and nuisance code violations. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View: <br /> 1. The following proposed assessments: <br /> 7913 Greenfield Avenue;Mounds View,MN $565.00 <br /> 5400 Landmark Circle; Mounds View,MN $139.83 <br /> 5293 Raymond Avenue;Mounds View,MN $173.28 <br /> 7900 Woodlawn Drive; Mounds View,MN $248.60 <br /> Midland Videen,Inc. 08-30-23-24-0053 $14,967.73 <br /> Midland Videen,Inc. 08-30-23-24-0054 $487.23 <br /> Midland Videen, Inc. 08-30-23-24-0055 $487.23 <br /> are hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands <br /> named therein in the amount of the assessment levied against it; <br /> 2. Such assessment shall be payable in full. <br /> 3. The owner, of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification to the <br /> Ramsey County Auditor, pay the entire assessment on such property to the City of <br /> Mounds View,with interest to the date of such payment, except that no interest shall <br /> be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this <br /> resolution. <br /> 4. The Clerk-Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br /> assessment to the County auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the <br /> County. Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as <br /> other City taxes. <br /> Said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 27th day of September <br /> 1999. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
