<br /> Mayor Coughlin requested a correction to Page 24, eighth paragraph, to indicate "Mayor
<br /> Coughlin noted it would take an amendment by Council Member Thomason and Council
<br /> Member Marty to amend their motion to the change order amount to 10 percent instead of 15
<br /> percent."
<br /> Mayor Coughlin requested a correction to Page 27, last paragraph, second sentence, to remove

<br /> "He stated he works with the City Administrator very closely as Mayor, and attends many of the
<br /> same functions both within the City, and outside the boundaries of the City, and he thought
<br /> Council Member Stigney's statements could be construed as damaging to Mr. Whiting's
<br /> character."
