City of Mounds View Staff Report <br /> October 21, 1999 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Per the Council's direction, staff has put before the Council this limited use agreement that would <br /> allow Mr. Mistelske to install a driveway over and upon City right of way, to be maintained in <br /> perpetuity or until such time that a street is constructed that Mr. Mistelske could directly access. <br /> This agreement has been reviewed by Mr. Mistelske and the City Attorney, who both find said <br /> document acceptable and in proper form. <br /> If it is the Council's desire, staff has drafted a resolution for action that would approve of the <br /> Limited Use Agreement with the restrictions and limitations as stated herein. <br /> James Ericson <br /> Planning Associate <br /> C:\OFFICE\WP WJN\WPDOCS\REPORTS\LIMITED.RPT <br />
