The applicant has an <br /> agreement to purchase this site from the property owner, M&E Realty. The Council approved <br /> the conditional use permit for this development (Resolution No. 5345 attached for reference) and <br /> the ordinance which rezoned the property from B-2, Limited Business Commercial, to R-4, High <br /> Density Residential (Ordinance 631, also attached for your reference.) One of the requirements of <br /> the approved CUP is that the applicant get approval of a Development Review. <br /> The building will have a maintenance free exterior will brick accents on the first floor. The <br /> applicant has submitted an architectural rendering of the proposed building, which will be on <br /> display for your meeting. In addition to the existing sidewalk along County Road I, the applicant <br /> will install a sidewalk along Mounds View Drive to connect to the existing sidewalk, and then <br /> have an internal sidewalk on the site to allow the residents and their guests to walk uninterrupted <br /> around the building. <br /> Analysis: <br /> Dimensional Requirements: <br /> Building Setbacks: Required Proposed: Met ? <br /> Front (Co.
