Curb cut openings shall be at a minimum of three feet (3') from the lot line in residential <br /> districts and five feet (5') from the lot line in business or industrial districts. <br /> d. Driveway access curb openings on a public street, except for single-family, two-family <br /> and townhouse dwellings, shall not be located less than forty feet (40')from one another. <br /> e.
