/0 1/ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5391 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER OF T.H. 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View, concurs with the jurisdictional <br /> transfer of Minnesota TH 10 to Ramsey County and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Ramsey County have entered into <br /> a Memorandum of Understanding which provides for the consolidation of roadway jurisdictions in <br /> Ramsey County and; <br /> WHEREAS, the memorandum of Understanding includes a consolidation plan, prepared in <br /> conjunction with municipalities of Ramsey County and; <br /> WHEREAS, the consolidation plan provides for the turnback of State Trunk Highway 10 from <br /> County Road H (C.S.A.H.9) to the west Ramsey County line to Ramsey County and; <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County intends to accept the jurisdictional change on or about January 1, <br /> 2000, and will place the 2.3 mile segment on the County State Aid Highway system. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br /> concurs with the establishment and designation of the turnback segment of State Trunk Highway 10 <br /> from County Road H (C.S.A.H.9)to the west Ramsey County line as a County State Aid Highway <br /> (CSAH) in Ramsey County under provisions of Minnesota Law, subject to the approval of the <br /> Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota and; <br /> BE IN FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two <br /> certified copies of the resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, and <br /> upon his approval of the designation of the said roadway or portion thereof, that the same be <br /> constructed, improved and maintained as a County State Aid Highway in Ramsey County, to be <br /> numbered and known as County State Aid Highway 10. <br /> Adopted this 29th day of November, 1999 <br /> ATTESTED: <br /> Mayor, Dan Coughlin <br /> Clerk/Administrator, Charles Whiting <br /> N:\DATA\USERS\Joanb\SHARE\Resolution 5391.doc <br />
