Mileage will be invoiced at$0.32 per <br /> mile. Testimony in hearings or court proceedings will be invoiced at 2.0 times normal hourly rates. <br /> CREDIT POLICY <br /> Peterson Environmental Consulting, Inc. (PEC) has adopted the following policy regarding credit, invoicing and <br /> collection practices. These policies will be consistently adhered to except when special credit arrangements are <br /> made in advance. Such arrangements are typically appropriate in subconsulting situations where the invoicing <br /> cycles of both the prime contractor and the client are involved. Payment to PEC is not contingent on the client's <br /> ability to obtain financing or on real estate closings. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation. <br /> 1. Standard credit terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. If there is a question or problem with an <br /> invoice, we request notification within 30 days so that we can provide backup or make any necessary <br /> adjustments. <br /> 2. Accounts past due over 30 days will be charged 1.5 percent per month interest until payment is received, as <br /> set forth in our General Contract Conditions. <br /> 3. When any account becomes over 60 days past due,PEC's work on that account will cease until the account <br /> is brought current. <br /> 4. When an account becomes over 90 days past due,a mechanics lien may be filed against property benefited <br /> by PEC's work. <br /> 5. When an account becomes over 120 days past due,legal or alternative collection action will be undertaken. <br /> 6. A retainer will normally be requested of new clients.
