Ordinance 642 <br /> Page 4 <br /> d Driveway Widths: The width of the driveway servicing one dwelling unit shall not <br /> exceed the width of that dwelling unit's garage, unless garages are situated side-by-side. <br /> then not to exceed the combined width of the garages. provided that the affected property <br /> owners have filed aright of way and maintenance agreement with Ramsey County. <br /> according to the provisions of Section 1121.15. Subd 2 of f this Title pertaining to joint <br /> driveways. <br /> e. Curb Cut Width: The width of a curb cut servicing one dwelling unit shall not exceed <br /> twenty feet(209. In the event of a common or joint driveway servicing both units, the <br /> width of the curb cut shall not exceed thirty-six feet(369. <br /> SECTION 3. Title 1100, Chapter 1121 of the Mounds View Municipal Code pertaining to off <br /> street parking requirements shall be amended by the addition of the italicized and double- <br /> underlined language and the deletion of the strickenlanguage in Section 1121.09, to read <br /> as follows: <br /> 1121.09: STALL, AISLE AND DRIVEWAY DESIGN: <br /> Subd. 1. Dimensions: <br /> Parking Space Size: Each parking space shall not be less than nine feet (9')wide and eighteen <br /> feet(18') in length exclusive of access aisles, and each space shall be served adequately by access <br /> aisles. Spaces designed as curbside parallel parking shall be twenty-two feet(229 in length. <br /> b. Maximum Residential Driveway Widths. (For the purpose of this subsection, the width of a <br /> driveway in an R-1. R-2 or R-5 District shall include any parallel-attached parking area): <br /> Residential Zoniiikidi r et Maxfmum.Driveway.Width <br /> R-1. Single Family Residential Thirty-five feet(359. or the width of the garage plus <br /> an additional twelve feet(14 whichever is greater., <br /> R-2, Zero Lot Line Subdivisions Width of the garage servicing dwelling unit. (Refer <br /> to Section 1107.07, Subd. 3d and 3e of this Title if <br /> driveways are combined.) <br /> R-2, Single and Two-Family Residential If driveways are separate, width of the garage or <br /> twenty-two feet(229, whichever is greater: <br /> If combined. width of garages or thirty-six feet(36). <br /> whichever is greater. <br /> R-3,Medium Density Residential Thirty-two feet(329 <br /> R-4, High Density Residential, and <br /> R-O,Residential-Office <br /> R-5,Mobile Home Park Twenty-four feet(24) <br />
