Staff requests that EDA authorize an appraisal of the <br /> properties in question to obtain fair market values on which to base <br /> park dedication fees that could be included in the Development <br /> Agreement at a cost not to exceed $5 , 000 . <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Wuori Authorizes Staff to Obtain Immediate <br /> Fair Market Value Appraisals of the Multi Tech and C. G. Hill <br /> Properties at the Lowest Possible Cost <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Councilmember Trude asked who would pay for these appraisals. <br /> Orduno reported that this would come from the TIF fees. • <br />
