ARTICLE VII <br /> TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT; EXPIRATION <br /> Section 7 . 1 . Termination. The Authority may terminate this <br /> Agreement as provided herein, and otherwise this Agreement shall <br /> terminate on February 1, 2006, provided that all payments of the <br /> EDA Note in accordance with its terms shall have been made and all <br /> of the Parties ' other respective obligations hereunder shall have <br /> been discharged, but no such terminationshall terminate any <br /> indemnification or other rights or remedies arising hereunder due <br /> to any Event of Default which occurred prior to such termination. <br /> Section 7 . 2 . Sections to Survive Termination.
