City Hall Park is the location of the annual <br /> Festival In the Park, a City celebration. Also located on City Hall Park is a <br /> wellhouse, water tower water reservoir and Public Works building. <br /> Across the street from City Hall Park, including the facilities previously <br /> mentioned, is the Bel Rae Ballroom and adjoining undeveloped property. The Bel <br /> Rae building is a one story large building. It has a large parking lot and is very <br /> accessible to the Highway 10 corridor.
