This encroachment directly affects the development of the <br /> properties north of 10 in that Spring Lake Parks' plans for development of their <br /> property may take a different direction than that of Mounds View. <br /> Rete"r ecce opmen s in the section ave focused on residential projects: On <br /> the south side of Highway 10, ai2Z-Unittoviinhômè development was recently <br /> approved and is nearing completion.
