Consideration of Exclusive Negotiations Agreement by and between the City of Mounds View, <br /> Mounds View Economic Development Authority and Anthony Properties. <br /> This item was removed from the Agenda. <br /> B. Authorization for Funds for Professional Services for Continuation of Engineering Work for <br /> Signalization and Road Alignment at Edgewood Drive. <br /> Ms.Bennett stated she is asking the EDA to authorize the funds to begin the preliminary work for the <br /> 4111 <br /> engineering analysis needed to continue the process for a potential signal at Edgewood Drive and to identify the <br /> potential road alignment,access,parking layout of City Hall and adjoining properties that will be impacted. <br /> This preliminary work will in no way approve the alignment or signalization.
