Approval of EDA Resolution No. 98-EDA82,Approval of Expenditure of TIF Pool Funds for <br /> Multi-Jurisdictional Remodeling Planbook. <br /> Rick Jopke,Director of Community Development,explained that the Letter of Understanding that the City <br /> of Fridley has asked the City of Mounds View to enter into has some areas of concern as noted by Scott <br /> Riggs at Kennedy&Graven.
