Consideration of Resolution No. 98-EDA87,Approving the Expenditure of Tax Increment Funds <br /> for the Appraisal of 6991 Pleasant View Drive for consideration of purchase by the EDA. <br /> Mr.Dorgan,Housing Inspector explained that the city was recently approached by Joe Witzman,owner of <br /> • 6991 Pleasant View Drive,in regard to the city's participation in the Housing Replacement Program. Staff <br /> has conducted an inspection of the property and determined that the property meets the requirements of the <br /> program. <br />
