• Page 2 <br /> EDA <br /> July 13, 1998 <br /> Staff is recommending approval of Resolution 98EDA-94, a Resolution extending the <br /> completion date for the HRP home located at 8265 Spring Lake Road for 90 days. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Gunn to approve Resolution 98EDA-94, a Resolution extending the <br /> completion date for the HRP home located at 8265 Spring Lake Road for 90 days. <br /> VOTE: Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br /> B. Consideration of Vacancies on the Economic Development Commission <br /> Jopke offered the following names as possible candidates for the two vacant EDC positions: <br /> Richard Oman, Wendy Marty, Gregory Johnson, and Shawn Walter. <br /> Whiting recommended delaying the selection of the new EDC members in order to give staff the <br /> opportunity to locate a list of names of possible candidates that had been submitted to the City at <br /> a previous meeting. Once the missing list is found, the names will be added to the names <br /> • currently under consideration for the vacant EDC positions. <br /> Quick requested that all potential EDC candidates be present for an interview process at the July <br /> 20, 1998, EDC meeting. After this interview process,the EDC would give its recommendation <br /> to the Council for their consideration of the candidates. <br /> 6. REPORTS <br /> Quick had no report. <br /> Gunn had no report. <br /> Stigney had no report. <br /> Koopmeiners had no report. <br /> Whiting had no report. <br /> Long had no report. <br /> 7. ADJOURNMENT <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Stigney to adjourn the meeting at 10:10 p.m. <br />
