The final concept design will be <br /> presented at the end of the process in a community presentation. <br /> Define the Next Steps— <br /> The intent of this process is to a create acceptable, unique <br /> and meaningful design concept for the Highway 10 corridor in <br /> Mounds View. But to this point,there is only a concept. In order <br /> to move forward,HKGi would define the responsibility and pro- <br />' cedures for each element of the enhancement program;that is,we410 <br /> will describe whether the enhancement is to be accomplished by <br /> the private sector,the City of Mounds View,another jurisdiction <br /> outside of the city,a local service group or organization,or some <br /> combination of public agency, local groups and individuals. We <br /> will determine the level of design or review that will be required <br /> to ensure the accepted concepts are followed.
