The focus in Mounds View was on design solutions for by thewy10 University of corridor. The course resulted in the development of a"Ring Road"concept which Highway 10 local level road system on either side of Highway 10 between Edgewood Driveh would provide a One of the key links in the Ring Road is through the O'Neil and County Road I. Y coon at Mounds View The City Council approved the use of tax increment funds on July 14th to complete several tasks P related to reviewing the possible implementation of the Ring Road Concept through the O'Neil property and the creation of a signalized intersection at Edgewood Drive and Highway10 approval of these tasks were needed to evaluate if it was possible to gain preliminarysThe MnDot for pursueing the Ring Road Concept.
