Estimates of costs will also be defined as a <br /> part of this stage of the work. The final concept design will be <br /> presented at the end of the process in a community presentation. <br /> Define the Next Steps... <br /> The intent of this process is to a create acceptable, unique <br /> and meaningful design concept for the Highway 10 corridor in <br /> Mounds View. But to this point,there is only a concept. In order <br /> to move forward,HKGi would define the responsibility and pro- <br /> cedures for each element of the enhancement program;that is,we • <br /> will describe whether the enhancement is to be accomplished by <br /> the private sector, the City of Mounds View, another jurisdiction <br /> outside of the city,a local service group or organization,or some <br /> combination of public agency,local groups and individuals. We <br /> will determine the level of design or review that will be required <br /> to ensure the accepted concepts are followed. This will provide <br /> for consistency in the development of an image, and continuity <br /> with the community's vision for the Highway 10 corridor as de- <br /> fined through the focus group process. <br /> As a final step in the process,HKGi will work with city staff <br /> to set priorities for various enhancements, strategize funding op- <br /> portunities and develop a timeline for implementation. <br /> rt The products of this project will be a series of drawings, il- <br /> i lustrations, diagrams and other graphics that portray the possi- <br /> bilities for Highway 10 corridor enhancements.
