ARTICLE VII <br /> 41/0 <br /> TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT; EXPIRATION <br /> Section 7. 1. Termination. The Authority may terminate this <br /> Agreement as provided herein, and otherwise this Agreement shall <br /> terminate upon payment of the EDA Note in accordance with its terms <br /> and the discharge of all of the Parties ' other respective <br /> obligations hereunder, but no such termination shall terminate any <br /> indemnification or other rights or remedies arising hereunder due <br /> to any Event of Default which occurred prior to such termination. <br /> Section 7.2 . Sections to Survive Termination.
