• RESOLUTION NO. 98-EDA8 1 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br /> WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 <br /> entitled Economic Development Commission, Organization states that "at the first <br /> regular meeting of the year, the Commission shall appoint a chairperson from among <br /> its voting members and that this appointment shall be subject to Authority approval <br /> and shall consist of a one year term"; and <br /> WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic <br /> Development Commission members on December 18, 1997 Cindy Carlson was <br /> appointed chairperson of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br /> Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the <br /> appointment of Cindy Carlson as chairperson of the Economic Development <br /> Commission. <br /> • <br /> Adopted this 12th day of January, 1998. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> President <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Executive Director <br />
