Consideration of Resolution No.97-EDA83.Approving the Amendments to the Housing 3 Replacement Program. 4 5 Mr. Jopke explained that in January the Commissioners made suggestions in regard to changes which 6 should be considered in policies that govern the Housing Replacement Program. He noted that staff has 7 made the necessary changes and proceeded to summarize these changes. 8 9 Commissioner Quick stated he understood that Section G was to be discussed at the Work Session on 10 March 2, 1998. 11 12 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Gunn to table this item for discussion at the March 2, 1998 Work Session. 13 14 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 15 16 B. Consideration of Resolution No.98-EDA83,Approving Authorization to Obtain an Appraisal of 17 the Property at 7934 Woodlawn Drive. 18 19 Mr. Jopke noted that city staff received a letter from Ms.Mendelsohn,owner of property at 7934 20 Woodlawn Drive offering her property to the EDA under the Housing Replacement Program. The 21 property is currently vacant,an inspection has been completed on the property and it is staffs belief that 22 the property meets the eligibility criteria in the HRP policy,with the exception of Item 8,which will be • 23 completed only if the EDA requests staff to proceed with acquiring the property. 24 25 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiners to Approve Resolution No. 98-EDA84,Approving 26 Authorization to Obtain an Appraisal of the Property at 7934 Woodlawn Drive. 27 28 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 29 30 F.
