The <br /> property was found to meet the.HRP criteria and the EDA approved an appraisal of the property. The <br /> owner was actively selling the home at the time and subsequently sold the property-for$7,000 above the <br /> city's appraised price. . <br /> • <br /> 6991 Pleasant View Drive <br /> The City received a request from the property owner for participation in the HRP earlier this month. An <br /> inspection revealed the property met the HRP criteria. The EDA approved an appraisal of the property. <br /> Once the appraisal is complete,staff will begin negotiation with the owner and present the fmdings to the • <br /> EDA for action. • <br /> Staff will continue to identify properties qualifying for the HRP and market the program to Mounds View <br /> homeowners. Efforts will also be taken to process acquired properties for sale and redevelopment in an <br /> efficient and timely manner.
