At the June 22, 1998 EDA meeting, the Commission approved the purchase of 6991 Pleasant <br /> View Drive as part of the Housing Replacement Program. A purchase agreement has been <br /> prepared. The owner has recently signed the purchase agreement and has tentatively scheduled a <br /> closing with the City of December 18, 1998. • <br /> As part of the site acquisition, HRP policy requires a Hazardous Materials Survey to be <br /> completed. Staff had received three separate bids for completion of the required work.. Airtech <br /> Environmental, Inc., was awarded the contract for the sum of$630. <br /> Staff was recommending approval of EDA 98-EDA-98, A Resolution authorizing the purchase <br /> agreement for the property located at 6991 Pleasant View Drive as part of the Housing <br /> Replacement Program. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiners to approve Resolution No. 98-EDA-98, a Resolution <br /> authorizing the purchase agreement for the property located at 6991 Pleasant View Drive as part <br /> of the Housing Replacement Program. <br /> VOTE: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 The motion carried. <br /> 6. REPORTS <br /> Quick No Report <br /> Koopmeiners No Report <br /> Gunn No Report <br /> Stigney No Report • <br /> President McCarty No Report <br /> Ulrich No Report <br /> Long No Report <br /> 7.
