Tom Kinney <br /> flew to California for a few days to bond with a <br /> couple of buddies. <br /> An attorney from the Ramsey County Attorneys <br /> Office attended the departmental meeting last <br /> week and talked about searches and seizures. <br /> On Thursday, the Chief is meeting with other <br /> Ramsey County Chiefs to talk about Dispatching <br /> procedures. <br /> Lt. Brick completed the re-writing of the <br /> Emercency Plan. The Plan was submitted to the <br /> State and County. <br /> Tim Brennan is busy with Pinewood DARE <br /> classes and also trying to get Crime Watch going <br /> at Mounds View Trailer Park. <br /> Chief Ramacher <br />
