RESOLUTION NO. 5227 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> OF 7581 SPRING LAKE ROAD FOR CHARLES AND SHIRLEY SCHULTZ,; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 518-98 <br /> WHEREAS, Charles and Shirley Schultz have requested approval for a minor subdivision <br /> dividing their property located at 7581 Spring Lake Road, property zoned R-1, Single Family <br /> Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey County <br /> WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Lot A(the southern half with <br /> the existing home) and Lot B (the northern half) would be legally described as follows: <br /> Lot A: The South 80.00 Feet of Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey <br /> County <br /> Lot B: That Part of Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey County, Lying <br /> North of the South 80.00 Feet Thereof <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the applicant's request for a <br /> minor subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 <br /> and 1204 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above <br /> described property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has approved Resolution 539-98, a <br /> resolution recommending approval to the City Council of this minor subdivision request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission at their meeting on <br /> April 23, 1998, have recommended to the City Council that a park dedication fee in the amount of <br /> $1,032 be required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br /> the minor subdivision request made by Charles and Shirley Schultz, 7581 Spring Lake Road, <br /> contingent upon the following: <br />
