ORDINANCE NO. 598 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING FROM B-1 AND R-2 TO PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT(PUD)FOR COMMERCIAL USES ON THE O'NEIL <br /> PROPERTY,2430 HIGHWAY 10,AND AMENDING THE CITY'S OFFICIAL ZONING <br /> MAP. <br /> • <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled"Specific Rezonings", the <br /> City's Official Zoning Map and the zoning district classification of the following described land <br /> are hereby amended as follows: <br /> Part lying southwesterly of centerline of STH No. 10 of southwest 1/4 of <br /> northwest 1/4(subject to roads, highway and easements)in Section 08, <br /> Township 30, Range 23. <br /> i <br /> Present classification:B-1 and R-2 <br /> New classification:Planned Unit Development(PUD)for commercial uses. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This rezoning approval is subject to the requirements for approval of a general concept <br /> plan, development stage plan and final plan as stated in Section 1120 of the Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code, and execution of the PUD stipulations by the property owner(s)and recordation <br /> of the PUD stipulations with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> This ordinance is effective thirty days after its publication. <br /> Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 12th day of May, 1997. <br /> Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 27th day of May, <br /> 1997. <br /> burr, <br /> Duane McCarty, Mayor <br />
