The application is submitted pursuant to the requirements set forth in Municipal <br /> Code Section 503.05, including proof of financial responsibility. <br /> P.D.I. Foods, L.L.C., submitted an application pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 505 for the <br /> transfer of the Class B Restaurant license for the McDonald's Restaurant, 2201 Highway 10, from <br /> McDonald's Corporation. <br /> Both license applications appear to meet the requirements set forth in the Municipal Code. <br /> Recommendation: Approve the Issuance of a 3.2%Malt Liquor License to Amoco, and the <br /> Class B Restaurant License to P.D.I. Foods, L.L.C. <br />
