Resolution 5228 <br /> Bridges Development Review& <br /> Wetland Buffer Permit <br /> April 27, 1998 <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> approves the development review and wetland buffer permit for Bridges Leasing Company II, <br /> LLC, to expand the Bridges Technology Park as shown on site plans dated 4/23/98, subject to the <br /> following stipulations: <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of any City permits, the applicant shall accomplish the following: <br /> a. Enter into a development agreement with the City. <br /> b. Obtaining Planning Commission approval of a variance to allow for the reduced <br /> parking ratios and proof of parking. <br /> c. Arrange with Ramsey County to combine Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 of the North Star <br /> Industrial Park 2nd Addition and provide proof of such application to the City. <br /> d. Arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County the drainage and utility easement <br /> document for the wetland area as indicated on the revised site plan dated 4/23/98 <br /> and provide proof of such recordation to the City. <br /> 2. Approval of this development review shall be contingent upon the adoption of Ordinance <br /> 615, an ordinance vacating a portion of a drainage and utility easement over and across <br /> Lots 2 and 3. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of April, 1998 <br /> Duane McCarty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Charles S.
