At this time the Salvation Army is requesting the City Council provide <br /> approval for the purchase and resale of the property to the Salvation Army contingent upon the City <br /> Council's approval of the proposed development. <br /> ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br /> Staff requests direction for further process in this matter. The options include the following: <br /> 1. Direct staff to draft a resolution for action at the next City Council meeting which would approve <br /> the purchase and resale of the subject lot contingent upon the approval of a development proposal <br /> by the Salvation Army for the proposed project and required zoning and subdivision actions. <br /> 2.
