She noted that the Pinewood School is trying to start up a mentor program and <br /> if there is anyone interested in giving some time to spend with youth,they should call the school. <br /> Report of Clerk Administrator: Mr.Whiting noted that a meeting will be held on Tuesday,December 17th <br /> at 7 p.m.to go over the traffic report completed by SRF. Staff is still in the process of reviewing the policies of <br /> the Spring Lake Road project,and he will keep the Council informed as to the meetings for the assessment <br /> policy. <br /> Report of Attorney: No report. <br /> Tom .2781 County Road I,stated he would like to go on record as to say that some meetings <br /> should be appropriated on the Pinewood Circle lots,and that the city should negotiate the proposal as to <br /> whether or not the land should be developed. <br /> J.
