This is the third consecutive year <br /> Nystrom has come in with the low bid for a total of printing six bi-monthly newsletters. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. 5292, awarding the publishing of the six <br /> bi-monthly newsletters to Nystrom Publishing, pursuant to section 12.13 of the Municipal Code. <br />
