RESOLUTION NO. 5295 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A NEW LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Mounds View and Children's Home Society have agreed to draft a <br /> new lease agreement for the space at the Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Mounds View to enter into this new lease <br /> agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS,the mutually agreeable terms have been laid out in the attached contract draft; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached draft contract is hereby <br /> approved as to its basic contents, and accurately reflects the negotiated terms by the City of Mounds <br /> View and Children's Home Society. <br /> Adopted this day of December, 1998 <br /> ATTEST <br /> Mayor Duane McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br />
